In 1986, Keiko Shinkawa who was only 32 years old was running Nagashiro Duty Free Shop. She was infatuated with Chinese herbal medicine and was distraught by the side effects of the western medicine. With the idea of a healthy body is the source of happiness, Ms. Shinkawa started to experiment with various formulas which does not include materials that cause side-effects. After years of hard work and research, in 1999 Keiko Shinkawa used Japan’s longevity food “natto” to make “Nattokinase” and established Yakusidou Seiyaku Kako, Ltd.
